Investors in People

Laurence Scott has been awarded the Investors in People standard.

The company, founded in Norwich in 1883, has a long tradition of training and developing employees in a wide range of skills and technology utilised in the design and manufacture its products.

The award was presented to Ken Andrews, Technical Director, by the Lord Mayor of Norwich who served his apprenticeship with the company prior to a career as a Design Engineer at the Hardy Road works.

Following the presentation of the award, the Lady Mayoress drew random names for the lucky winners of prizes to celebrate achievement of the IIP standard.
